Receta Peanut Butter Drop Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. undiluted lowfat milk
- 1 c. minced figs, raisins, or possibly dates
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Combine peanut butter and butter. Blend in sugar. Mix well. Add in Large eggs and beat thoroughly. Sift flour, baking pwdr and baking soda. Add in alternately with lowfat milk. Drop by tsp. on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 min.
