Receta Peanut Butter Eggs

Ingredientes
- 4 pound 10X sugar
- 1 1/2 pound butter
- 3 c. peanut butter
- 2 egg whites beaten till stiff
Direcciones
- Mix sugar, butter and peanut butter, then add in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Refrigeratethoroughly and then roll into Large eggs.
- Heat coating ingredients in top of double boiler and dip Large eggs into it, using a toothpick. Makes 125 Large eggs.
