Receta Peanut Butter Faces

Ingredientes
- 3 c. homemade Crisco cookie mix
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. minced salted peanuts
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Combine Crisco mix, flour in a bowl. Stir in peanuts. Mix egg, lowfat milk, vanilla, add in to dry ingredients. Stir with a wooden spoon till dry ingredients are moistened and dough can be shaped into a ball.
- Divide dough into 9 equal parts or possibly balls. Place on greased cookie sheet and flatten into a 4 inch round. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 min or possibly till golden brown. Cold on rack.
- For peanut butter frosting, blend peanut butter, confectioners' sugar and lowfat milk in small bowl. Frost each cookie with a scant 2 Tbsp. frosting. Decorate with raisins to make a smiling face.
