Receta Peanut Butter Marmalade Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp grnd black pepper
- 1/8 tsp grnd ginger
- 2 whl chicken breasts, split and skinned
- 1/3 c. peanut butter
- 1/3 c. orange marmalade
- 3 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. round buttery cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
Direcciones
- Combine salt, pepper and ginger; rub into chicken. Combine peanut butter, marmalade, orange juice, and lemon juice. Dip chicken in peanut butter mix; coat well with cracker crumbs. Pour oil into a 13- x 9- x 2 inch baking dish; arrange chicken in dish. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 min. Turn chicken and bake an additional 30 min or possibly till done.
