Receta Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredientes
- 4 ounce. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. confectioners' sugar
- 1/3 c. peanut butter
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 (9 ounce.) pkg. whipped topping
- 1 9" graham cracker pie crust
- 1/4 c. minced peanuts, optional
- 1/4 c. granulated chocolate, optional
Direcciones
- Whip cream cheese till soft and fluffy. (This is the secret to a good pie.) Add in sugar and peanut butter. Slowly add in lowfat milk and whipped topping. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with nuts or possibly chocolate and freeze till hard, at least 3 hrs. Thaw 10 min before serving.
- You may want to experiment using chunky peanut butter, a different crust, or possibly different toppings. This recipe makes a great kid's summer treat. Pour filling into popsicle molds and freeze till solid. Serves 8.
