Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 box vanilla pudding
  • Baked pie shell

Direcciones

  1. Mix sugar and peanut butter together. Put half in pie crust, then vanilla pudding. Then butter, then the rest of peanut butter on top. Bake till brown.
  2. MERINGUE: Mix cornstarch, sugar, water, salt and cook till thick. Cold. Beat egg whites till frothy. Add in cooked mix and beat till holds peaks.
