Receta Peanut Butter Sheet Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 c. veg. oil
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 T vanilla
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 stick butter
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 box confectioners' sugar
Direcciones
- Place above ingredients in medium size pan and bring to boil over medium heat. Take off stove and add in the following:
- Stir till well mixed. Pour into greased and lightly floured jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 min. (Watch carefully, may be done sooner.)
- Place all ingredients except the confectioners' sugar in pan and bring to boil on medium heat. Remove from stove and add in sugar. Stir till well blended. Cool and spread on cooled cake.
