Receta Pear And Rum Sorbet

Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. sugar (caster)
- 2/3 c. water
- 825 gm pear halves
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. rum
Direcciones
- Combine sugar and water in a pan, stir over heat till sugar has dissolved. Bring to the boil, cold then chill till cool.
- Blend or possibly process pears till smooth, add in lemon juice, rum and sugar syrup. Pour mix into a tray or possibly lamington tin and freeze for 3-4 hrs. Whisk mix regularly while freezing to ensure a smooth texture. The more often you do, the better the finished result will be.
- Serve with fresh or possibly poached pears and berry coulis.
