Receta Pear Salad With Walnuts And Blue Cheese

Ingredientes
- 6 x Pears, peeled
- 4 c. (90g/3 ounce) mixed salad leaves curly endive, watercress, snow pea sprouts
- 3 stk Celery, sliced
- 3 x Pears, cut into quarters
- 1/2 c. (125g/4 ounce) Blue Cheese crumbled
- 1/2 c. (60g/2 ounce) walnuts, minced
- 1/4 c. (60mL/2fl ounce) Walnut oil
- 1/4 c. (60 mL/2 fl ounce) Safflower Oil
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp minced Chives
Direcciones
- Cut base of pears so as to strand straight. Arrange a pear and salad leaves in individual bowls. Scatter an amount of celery in each bowl. Combine all dressing ingredients and pour over the salads. Sprinkle cheese and walnuts on top of each salad equally.
