Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 1 x Green pepper, minced fine
- 1 lrg Garlic clove, minced fine
- 2 Tbsp. Finely minced parsley
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh oregano Or possibly
- 1 tsp Dry oregano
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh basil Or possibly
- 1 tsp Dry basil
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 2 med Tomatoes, seeded and minced

- 2 x To 3 pears, peeled & minced

- Heat oil in medium frypan. Saute/fry onion till tender, about 3 to 4 min. Add in green pepper, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, oregano, basil and Tobasco sauce; cook 2 min. Remove frypan from heat and stir in tomatoes and pears. Cover and chill.
