Receta Pear Walnut Salad

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Oil
- 3 Tbsp. White or possibly cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Celery seed
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 4 c. Torn lettuce
- 1 x Pear, cored and sliced or possibly minced
- 1/4 c. Toasted walnut halves*
- 2 ounce Blue cheese, crumbled
Direcciones
- In jar with tight-fitting lid, combine all dressing ingredients; shake till well blended and sugar is dissolved. Chill to blend flavors.
- Just before serving, arrange salad ingredients on individual salad plates, or possibly combine all salad ingredients in large bowl. Pour dressing over salad.
- Tip: To toast walnuts, spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 F for 3 to 5 min or possibly till golden, stirring occasionally. Or possibly spread in thin layer in microwave-safe pie pan. Microwave on High for 3 to 4 min or possibly till light golden, stirring frequently.
