Receta Pearl Barley Salad With Broccoli

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Pearl barley
- 1Â 1/2 c. Water or possibly stock healthy pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 c. Broccoli florets, lightly cooked
- 1 x Rib celery, finely minced
- 1 sm Carrot, shredded Vinaigrette (recipe follows)
Direcciones
- Place pearl barley and water in a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook for about 45 min or possibly till slightly soft. Rinse under cool water and drain. Blend barley with vegetables. Add in vinaigrette to mix and allow to marinate for 20 min before serving.
- Makes 4servings.
