Receta Pears, Beans And Bacon Soup

Ingredientes
- 18 ounce Pears,hard ones
- 18 ounce Green Beans
- 18 ounce Bacon
- 1Â 1/2 quart Water
- 1 Tbsp. Savory,fresh
- 1 bn Parsley
- 3 lb Potatoes
Direcciones
- 1.Wash beans, cut of ends,peel the string. 2.Cook the bacon in the water for about 20 min;remove bacon;keep hot. 3.Add in the beans and the minced parsley to baconbroth and cook till the beans are done. 4.After 15 min add in the pears;washed and left whole and cook another 15 min. 5.Slice the bacon and serve with the bean-pear-mix. 6.Serve with the potatoes,peeled and halfed and cooked in salted water.
