Receta Pecan Chocolate Cookies

Ingredientes
- 2 3/4 c. all purpose flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (24 ounce.) pkg. 4 c.) Nestle Toll House semi sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 c. minced pecans
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. In bowl, combine butter and brown sugar; beat till creamy. Add in Large eggs and vanilla extract; beat till light and fluffy. Gradually blend in flour mix. Stir in morsels and pecans. Drop by well rounded Tbsp. onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 min. Allow to stand 2 to 3 min before removing from cookie sheets; cold. Makes about 3 dozen 2 1/2" cookies.
