Receta Pecan Cookies
Pecan Cookies is an easy and quick recipe for delicious cookies similar to the famous "Pecan Sandies" The difference is that these are healthier. They are a low calories, low fat, low cholesterol, low sodium, No-Sugar, low carbohydrates, heart-healthy, diabetic and Weight Watchers (2) PointsPlus recipe.
Ingredientes
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated no-calorie sweetener
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tbsp granulated no-calorie sweetener
- 2 tsp cornstarch
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- Beat together the butter and 1/4 cup sweetener at medium speed with an electric mixer about 2 minutes or until creamy. Gradually add flour beating at low speed until blended. Stir in vanilla and pecans. Shape into 1" balls.
- Bake 20 minutes; remove from oven and place on wire racks to cool.
- Process the 2 tbsp sweetener and cornstarch in a blender or food processor; roll cookies in processed sweetener mixture.
