Ingredients: 2 1/2 c. Flour; 1 tsp Salt; 1 tsp Baking soda; 1/2 c. Granulated sugar; 1 c. Brown sugar packed; 1 c. Shortening; 2 x Large eggs; 2 tsp Vanilla; 12 ounce Semi-sweet chocolate morsels; 1 c. Minced pecans

Ingredientes

2 1/2 c. Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 c. Granulated sugar
1 c. Brown sugar packed
1 c. Shortening
2 x Large eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
12 ounce Semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 c. Minced pecans

Direcciones

Preheat oven to 375. In small bowl, combine flour, unsifted, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In a second bowl, combine shortening, white and brown sugar, vanilla and Large eggs. Mix till creamy. Add in flour mix and blend. Stir in chocolate morsels and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 min.
