Receta Almond Pecan Cookies

Ingredientes
- 175 gm butter
- 100 gm icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 x egg
- 225 gm flour - sifted
- 50 gm pecans - minced coarsely
- 100 gm almonds - minced coarsely
Direcciones
- Method:CREAM butter and icing sugar. Add vanilla essence and egg. Continue to cream until light and fluffy. Mix in flour and stir in minced pecans.
- Roll out dough to 1/2 cm thickness and cut out with a cookie cutter. Place on greased baking trays. Brush with egg white and press lightly with minced almonds.
- Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 to 20 min or possibly until golden. Leave on the baking sheet for two min, then transfer to a wire rack to cold.
