  1. Cook spinach and drain well. Heat margairne in skillet and saute/fry onion. combine onion with spinach, lowfat milk, pecan meal, choped pecans, salt, nutmeg and pepper. Mix well. Turn mix into a buttered 1 1/2 qt casserole dish. Heat 2 Tbsp. butter. Stir in bread crumbs and sprinkle over spinach. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Serves 8.
