Receta Penne In Tomato Sauce With Cream

Ingredientes
- 1 lb grooved penne
- 1 sm warm dry red pepper
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 c. tomato puree
- 1 c. cream
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Direcciones
- Chop the red pepper into small pcs and gently cook it in the extra virgin olive oil. Pour in the tomato puree, season with salt, and cook for about 10 min over a moderate flame. Heat the cream in a small pan and add in the butter.
- Mix the liquid removed penne with the cream and pour in the tomato sauce. Stir quickly and serve.
