Receta Pennestroika Penne With Vodka And Spicy Tomato Cream Sauc

Ingredientes
- 1/8 c. extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 2 lrg garlic cloves chopped
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 pch salt
- 1 x 15 ounce can diced tomatoes
- 8 ounce penne or possibly similar pasta
- 1/2 c. heavy cream or possibly half and half
- 2 Tbsp. vodka
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. In unheated large skillet combine oil, garlic, peppers and healthy pinch of salt. Stir to coat with oil. Cook over moderate heat until garlic is golden brown. Stir in tomatoes and simmer for 15 min. Meanwhile boil water and cook pasta al dente. Add in liquid removed pasta to skillet with tomato sauce. Add in vodka and toss. Add in cream and toss. Cover and reduce heat to low. Let sit
