Receta Penne Pasta With Shrimp And Spicy Tomato Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1Â 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1Â 1/2 tsp grnd cumin
- 1/4 tsp grnd ginger
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 3/4 c. canned tomatoes in thick puree
- 1/3 c. minced cilantro
- 1/4 lb penne pasta
- 1 lb medium shrimp peeled
- Â Â Grated parmigiano cheese
Direcciones
- In a large glass bowl, whisk together extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice with the paprika, cumin, ginger, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir in crushed tomatoes and the cilantro.
- In a large pot of boiling water, cook the penne pasta till almost done, about 12 min. Add in shrimp and cook till it and pasta are just done, about 1 minute longer.
- Drain, then toss with the tomato sauce. Serve with parmigiano cheese.
