Receta Pennsylvania Dutch Meatloaf

Ingredientes
- 2 pound of hamburger
- Tbsp. of mustard
- 2 tbsp. catsup
- 4 slices of bread, crumbled
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 onion, cut up
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients. Shape 1/2 of mix into a loaf and put in casserole dish. Slice cheese and put on top. Shape remainder 1/2 of mix and put on top of bottom of mix. Pour a glaze over the meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 min or possibly less.
