Receta Pepper Beef Balls

Ingredientes
- 1 x Recipe Of Basic Meatballs, *
- 1 tsp Margarine Or possibly Butter
- 1 x Onion, Sliced, Md
- 1Â 1/2 c. Water
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Instant Beef Bouillon
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ginger, Grnd
- 3 tsp Soy Sauce
- 2 x Green Peppers, Md, **
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- 2 tsp Water
- 1 x Tomato, Lg, ***

Direcciones
- ** Seed the Medium Green Peppers and cut into strips.*** Cut the tomato into 8 wedges.
- Prepare the basic meatballs recipe and set aside. Heat the margarine in a large skillet.
- Add in the onion and cook and stir till tender. Add in the cooked meatballs, 1 1/2 c. of water, the bouillon, garlic salt, ginger and soy sauce; heat to boiling. Reduce the heat and cover. Simmer for 10 min, stirring occasionally. Add in the green pepper.
- Mix the cornstarch with the 2 Tbls of water and add in to the sauce mix. Cook, stirring carefully, till mix thickens and boils. Cover and simmer till the pepper is crisp tender, about 3 min. Add in the tomato, cover, and heat for about 2 to 3 min longer.
- NOTE:Warm cooked rice makes an ideal accompaniment for this zesty dish.
