Ingredientes
- 1 quart. onion, finely minced
- 1 pt. sweet red pepper, finely minced
- 1 pt. green pepper, finely minced
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 quart. vinegar
- 4 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Boil gently till mix is thickened and reduced about 1/2 in volume (about 45 min), stirring occasionally. Pack the boiling warm relish into clean, warm jars; fill to top of jar. Seal tightly. Store in refrigerator.
