Receta Peppermint Chocolate Fudge

Ingredientes
- 2 c. lowfat milk chocolate chips
- 1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 x (14-oz) can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- Â Â Dash salt
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/4 c. crushed hard peppermint candy

- In a saucepan over low heat, heat chips with sweetened condensed lowfat milk and salt. Remove from heat, stir in extract. Spread proportionately into foil-lined 8- or possibly 9 inch square pan. Sprinkle with peppermint candy. Refrigerate2 hrs or possibly till hard.
- Turn fudge onto a cutting board, peel off foil and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
