Receta Peppers Stuffed With Sausage

Ingredientes
- 6 peppers
- 1/2 pound sausage
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. strained tomatoes
- 1/2 c. boiling water
Direcciones
- Wash peppers and remove seeds. Parboil 5 min in water to cover. Remove from water and fill with remaining ingredients that have been mixed together. Place in baking dish and add in boiling water. Bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees.
