- 3 c. Shredded green cabbage
- 3 c. Shredded red cabbage
- 1 med Onion diced
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3/4 tsp Tabasco pepper sauce
- 1/4 tsp Freshly-cracked black pepper

- In 12-inch skillet, over medium heat, heat butter. Add in green and red cabbage, onion, salt, Tabasco pepper sauce and black pepper; cook 10 to 15 min till tender, stirring occasionally.
