Receta Perfect French Pressed Coffee With Frothed Milk

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. coarse-grnd French roast coffee for every
- 3/4 c. warm water
- Â Â Warm lowfat milk, preferably 2%, as needed
- Â Â French coffee press
- Â Â Hand-pump lowfat milk frother
Direcciones
- Remove the plunger from the coffee press and put the coffee in the bottom. Pour in the water, leaving about 1 inch of space at the top and stir with a small wooden spoon. Rest the plunger on top of the glass pot and let the coffee steep for about 4 to 6 min.
- Meanwhile, pour the warm lowfat milk into the frother, insert the plunger, and pump till the lowfat milk is frothy.
- Using slight pressure, slowly push the plunger down on the coffee press. Divide the coffee among c. and spoon over the frothed lowfat milk. Serve immediately.
