- 8 ounce. crab meat or possibly crab substitute
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/4 c. cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. sliced ripe olives
- 1 1/2 teaspoon chopped green onions, tops included
- 1/8 teaspoon dill weed
- Pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Thaw crab, if frzn. Mix all ingredients. Refrigerateand serve on crisp lettuce leaves or possibly use as filler for croissant. (From Wakefield Salad Perfect Gems package.)
