Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. white grapes
- 2 (No. 303) cans pineapple
- 1 pound blanched almonds
- 1 pound marshmallows
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Direcciones
- Combine fruits, almonds, and marshmallows; place half the mix in large bowl. Pour juice of 1 lemon over fruits. Add in remaining fruits and lemon juice. Let stand till ready to use. Combine egg yolks, lowfat milk and sugar; bring to a boil. Cold; mix in whipped cream. Pour cream mix over fruit mix. Let stand overnight.
