- 1 c. Cool water
- 3 x Ice cubes
- 2 sm Cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 sm Onion, diced
- 2 x Radishes, sliced thin
- 1/4 c. Golden brown raisins
- 1/4 c. Minced walnuts
- 1 Tbsp. Crushed dry mint
- Â Â Salt, to taste
- Â Â Freshly grnd black pepper, to taste

- Combine all the ingredients. Adjust mint, salt and pepper to taste. If possible, let sit overnight.
