Receta Pesto White Pizza

Ingredientes
- 1 c. parsley, minced
- 1 c. basil, minced
- 2 x garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. + 1 t extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
- 1/2 x recipe basic pizza dough
- 1Â 1/2 c. ricotta cheese, part skim
- 4Â 1/2 ounce mozzarella, part skim
- 2 Tbsp. skim lowfat milk
- 4 lrg plum tomatoes
- 1/4 c. beef broth
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 475F. Mix parsley, basid, garlic, broth, oil and 1 tb parmesan till combined. Spread pizza dough with pesto. In medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella, lowfat milk and reminag 1 tb parmesan.
- Spread cheese mix proportionately over pesto; arrange tomato slices over chees.
- Bake 20-25 min, till crust is golden brown.
