Receta Pickled Green Beans

Ingredientes
- 2 pound whole green beans
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 head of dill
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 2 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1/4 c. salt
Direcciones
- Pack 1/4 of green beans into each of 4 sterilized jars.
- Bring vinegar, salt, and water to a boil. Pour liquid over beans. Sprinkle top of liquid with 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper. Place dill on top.
- Seal and sterilize in warm water bath for 10 min.
- Makes a great zesty snack or possibly stirer for martinis.
