Receta Pickled Spiced Eggs

Ingredientes
- 16 x Hard cooked Large eggs, cooled
- And shelled
- 1 quart White distilled vinegar
- 4 x Dry red chile peppers,
- Seeded
- 1 Tbsp. Mixed pickling spices
- 1 tsp EACH, black peppercorns,
- Salt, and mustard seeds
Direcciones
- Pack Large eggs in 2 qt jars. Combine vinegar, peppers, pickling spices, peppercorns, salt and mustard seeds in a saucepan, bring to a boil and simmer uncovered for 15 min. Pour over Large eggs, seal, and let cold and chill. Chill for 2 days before using to allow flavors to permeate the Large eggs.
