Receta Pico de gallo salsa
A mild, fresh delicious alternative to the bottle salsa that is a total crowd pleaser!!
Ingredientes
- 8-12 Roma Tomatoes
- 1/2 bunch of fresh Cilantro
- 2 medium sized limes
- 1/2 red onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 bunches of green onion
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Direcciones
- dice up tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, and green onion (I use a cheese grater to grate the red onion, it gives you the onion taste without biting into a chunk of onion.
- microwave limes for 15 seconds (warming them brings out the juice in the lime)
- mix all ingredients into a bowl, squeeze the limes into the mixture and salt and pepper to taste!
