Receta Crunchy Spinach Dip
Ingredientes
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 garlic cloves-minced
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup milk
- 1 package frozen spinach-thawed and drained well
- 1 can water chestnuts-diced
- 1 can artichoke hearts-chopped (I didn't have these and it was fine without them)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon ground fresh nutmeg
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
