Receta Pie Crust (For Cherry Pie)

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. softened butter
- 8 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 c. shortening
- 3 1/3 c. flour
- 1/3 c. cool water with 1 teaspoon vinegar added
Direcciones
- Blend butter and shortening into flour, salt and sugar till like course meal. Gently blend in cool water. Roll on lightly floured surface till it fits pie pan. (This makes 2 single or possibly 1 double.) If making baked pie shells bake at 375 degrees till lightly browned.
