Receta Pina Colada Wedges

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. rum or possibly 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
- 3 1/2 c. Cold Whip, thawed
- 8 1/4 ounce. can crushed pineapple in syrup
- 2 2/3 c. or possibly 7 ounce. coconut
Direcciones
- Beat cream cheese with sugar and rum till smooth. Mix in 2 c. of whipped topping, pineapple and 2 c. of coconut. Spread in 8 inch layer pan lined with plastic wrap. Invert pan onto serving plate. Remove pan and plastic wrap. Spread with remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with remaining coconut. Freeze till hard, about 2 hrs. Cut into wedges.
