Receta Pineapple And Bananas In A Maple Rum Broth

Ingredientes
- 2 c. fresh pineapple chunks
- 1/3 c. maple syrup
- 2 x bananas
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 2 Tbsp. rum
- Â Â Or possibly two tsp. rum flavoring

- 1. Line broiler pan with foil and preheat. In a medium bowl, combine pineapple chunks and maple syrup and toss to coat. With a slotted spoon, transfer pineapple chunks to broiler pan. (There will he leftover maple syrup in the bowl.) Broil pineapple, turning often, till golden, about 10 min.
- 2. Peel and slice bananas and sprinkle with lemon juice. In a small pan, or possibly in a microwave, hot pineapple juice and add in to maple syrup in bowl. Remove foil holding pineapple chunks from broiler and scrape chunks and cooking juices into a bowl. Add in bananas and mm and mix thoroughly to combine. Serve hot.
