Receta Pineapple And Bananas With Coconut Syrup

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Brown rice syrup
- 1 c. Water
- 1 c. Coconut lowfat milk
- 2 tsp Rosewater, optional
- 2 c. Pineapple, peeled & minced
- 2 c. Cantaloupe, seeded & cubed
- 2 x Bananas, sliced
Direcciones
- In a medium sized pot, combine syrup & water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat & simmer till the mix thickens slightly, about 15 min. Remove from heat. Stir in coconut lowfat milk & rosewater & refrigeratefor 1 to 2 hrs. Arrange fruit in a large serving bowl. Pour syrup over the top & serve slightly chilled or possibly at room temperature.
