Receta Pineapple Beef Stir Fry

Ingredientes
- Â Â (1 lb.) beef flank steak, cut into strips
- 1/2 c. A.1. Original Steak Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 can (8 ounce.) pineapple chunks, liquid removed, reserving 1/3 c. juice
- 1/2 c. minced green onions
- Â Â Warm cooked MINUTE White Rice (or possibly regular rice)
Direcciones
- Mix meat, steak sauce and cornstarch till well coated. Drain meat, reserving steak sauce mix.
- Cook and stir meat strips in warm oil in large skillet for 3 to 4 min.
- Add in pineapple chunks, onion, reserved pineapple juice and steak sauce mix; bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 1 minute. Serve over rice.
- Great Substitute: Substitute boneless top sirloin steak for flank steak.
