Receta Pineapple Cheese Jello Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed sweetened pineapple with juice
- 1 (.3 ounce) pkg. sugar-free lime Jello (or possibly other flavor)
- 1 (12 ounce) carton 1% cottage cheese
- 1 1/3 c. dry instant skim lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Heat 1/2 can pineapple. Add in dry Jello and mix well. Add in other half pineapple and cool till begins to set up. In food processor or possibly blender, blend cottage cheese and dry lowfat milk till smooth. Add in soft Jello and blend till smooth. Pour in serving dish and return to refrigerator and cool. Sets in approximately 2 hrs.
