Receta Pineapple Cream Cheese Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 sm. packages. lime or possibly lemon Jello
- 1 c. cool water
- 1 1/2 c. minced celery (opt.)
- 2 sm. packages. cream cheese
- 1 c. whipped cream
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 T salad dressing
- 3 T minced cherries
- 1/2 c. nuts, minced
Direcciones
- Dissolve the Jello in the boiling water. Add in the cold water, pineapple juice, salt and cream cheese. Beat till cheese is mixed well. Add in celery and let set partially. Mix in whipped cream, crushed pineapple, minced cherries and nuts. Refrigerate and let set.
