Receta Pineapple Fruit Punch

Ingredientes
- 1 can pineapple juice - (46 ounce)
- 2 c. sugar - (to 3)
- 2 pkt unsweetened lemonade drink mix (2.3 ounce ea)
- 3 quart water
- 1 can frzn orange juice concentrate - (12 ounce) thawed
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 quart ginger ale chilled
Direcciones
- Stir together first 3 ingredients in a large container till sugar dissolves. Stir in 3 qts water, orange juice concentrate, and lemon juice; refrigerate4 hrs. Stir in ginger ale just before serving.
- This recipe yields about 1 1/2 gallons.
- Comments: To make an ice ring, reserve 4 c. punch before chilling. Arrange assorted fruit in bottom of a 6-c. ring mold. Pour punch into mold, and freeze 8 hrs.
- Yield: 1 1/2 gallons
