Receta Banana - Nut Pancakes

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 1 c. regular or possibly quick-cooking oats
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 banana, sliced thin
- 1/4 c. walnuts, minced
Direcciones
- Put together first five ingredients with wire whisk or possibly hand beater till smooth. Add in up to 1/4 cup lowfat milk if needed. Pour scant 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. Arrange banana slices on top. Sprinkle with nuts. Drizzle batter over bananas just to cover them. Cook till edges are dry. Turn; cook till golden. Makes about 12 pancakes.
