Receta Pineapple Lemon Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1 (20 ounce.) can sliced or possibly crushed pineapple
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, crumbled
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 sm. lemon, thinly sliced
Direcciones
- Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Combine reserved juice, garlic, cornstarch, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and rosemary. Arrange chicken in shallow casserole dish, skin side up. Sprinkle with salt. Broil till browned. Stir sauce. Pour over chicken. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 min. Arrange pineapple and lemon around chicken. Spoon sauce over all and bake for 5 more min. 229 calories per serving.
