Receta Pineapple Milk Shake
Ingredientes
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 scoop of ice cream
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in blender. Mix at high speed for 1 minute. Mix should be smooth and foamy. Pour into serving glasses for a thicker drink, add in scoop of ice cream during mixing make 1 large serving. Or possibly line of ice cream and add in ice and drink cool. May sue dry lowfat milk instead of whole lowfat milk.
