Receta Olive And Fennel Tuna Melts

Ingredientes
- 2 can (6 1/8-ounce) solid white tuna, liquid removed well
- 1/3 c. Mayonnaise
- 2/3 c. Finely minced fennel bulb, (sometimes called anise)
- 5 x Kalamata or possibly other brine-cured black olives pitted and minced
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice, or possibly to taste
- 4 slc Rye bread, toasted lightly
- 4 ounce Grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Preheat broiler.
- Into a bowl flake tuna and stir in mayonnaise, fennel, olives, parsley, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste. Divide tuna salad among toast slices and top with Cheddar. In a shallow baking pan broil sadwiches under broiler about 4 inches from heat till cheese is bubbling, 1 to 2 min.
