Add a photothis was my mother's favorite recipe for cookies, esp. at Christmas!
Ingredientes
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Cream the shortening and sugars until fluffy.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, one at a time.
- Drop by teaspoonsful onto cookie sheet.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees, until golden brown.
