Receta Pineapple Raisin Sauce To Serve With Ham

Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. raisins
- 2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- Dash of powdered cloves
- 1 tbsp. butter
Direcciones
- Rinse and drain raisins. Simmer in pineapple juice for 5 min. Combine sugar, cornstarch and cloves. Mix well and stir into pineapple juice. Cook, stirring till clear and thick. Blend into butter. Serve warm with ham.
